Introduction
By using this Website, you agree to accept all terms and conditions written in these Terms and Conditions. You must not use this Website or products if you disagree with any of these Terms and Conditions.
Warranty
Helmetmags.com warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original retail purchase. Damage from attempting to pel the decal off after application or from heat will not be replaced. If a defect exists, at its option, Helmetmags.com will do one of the following:
(1) Exchange the product with a product that is new
(2) Refund the purchase price of the product.
Obtaining Warranty Service
Send us an email using the “contact us” button and provide your order number and a description of the defect. We will contact you after we receive your information and let you know that status of your warranty request. Defective products can be mailed to:

Upon receipt of product, Helmetmags.com will inspect the returned product. Helmetmags.com will not warranty the product if it has been damaged as a result of direct flame contact, high temperature or misuse.
Helmetmags.com cannot warranty product(s) that have been incorrectly ordered as products are custom cut to the customers specifications.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall Helmetmags.com, nor any of its officers, directors, members, employees or associates be held liable for direct, indirect or consequential injuries arising from the use, or misuse of any products sold by Helmetmags.com, its associates or company representatives.
It is the responsibility of the buyer/user of Helmetmags.com products to determine his/her department policies on placement/use of 3rd party accessories for their equipment and safety gear.
Indemnification
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Helmetmags.com, its officers, directors, members and employees from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
Variation of Terms
Helmetmags.com is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms and Conditions on a regular basis.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Helmetmags.com and you in relation to your use of this Website and products, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Hawaii for the resolution of any disputes.
